The reducer has a hollow shaft of alloyed high resistance steel to be fit with the mandrel axis. There is on step of reduction with double helical gears. The tightness is assured by bipartite covers with labyrinth system inserted in a housing where all the required auxiliary elements for the coiling process such as tensile tools or the extracting plate are forwarded.
